No, absolutely not. The strength of our program lies in our retail location. During your 90-day training program, you will commit to one or two days a week at the office, allowing you to collaborate closely with your mentor to build your business quickly. Moreover, you'll have the opportunity to work alongside other "Diamond Desk" agents and learn from their experiences, effectively fast-tracking your training. At the end of your program, you will have three exciting options: work at the office as a Diamond Agent, work from home as part of our Remote Star Program, or choose to become one of our amazing Travel Influencers, earning a 10 percent commission for referring clients to our team members who complete the sales. Talk about a win/win!
Yes, our head office charges a monthly technology fee of $21. This fee encompasses our email marketing services and offers the following benefits:

Sales Targets & Onboarding Program:
Our office offers a comprehensive 90-day onboarding program tailored for your success. During this period, you're expected to achieve $30,000 in sales. Many of our Independent Contractors have fully engaged with this program and not only met but exceeded this target. For instance, one agent who started in January 2024 is approaching an impressive $800,000 in sales this year! Sales targets establish a framework and measurable goals for all agents across our offices, fostering alignment and collaboration toward shared objectives. We keep the experience enjoyable with various perks awarded upon achieving these goals!
When you start a business, there are no guarantees or refunds. That said, after our 90-day program, if you feel that the time is not right, you can come back later and, for only $99, restart your 90-day program. This flexible option ensures you have the opportunity to succeed on your own timeline, without the stress of financial risk.
